Human Rights in China (HRIC) has conducted a Community Led Assessment of Rights Impacts in the Tech Industry (CLARITI) on X, formerly known as Twitter, Inc. As one of the predominant online platforms for open and uncensored Chinese speech, X’s policies and enforcement have a significant impact on Chinese communities in diaspora and online.
